I WANT A PIECE OF ART FEATURED IN THE "GALLERY" BUT IS NOT IN THE "SHOP," WHAT DO I DO?
The best way to get exactly what you want, even if the design is not yet featured on the website, is to go to the "Contact" tab. There, you can send an inquiry to KuLture Designs. We will get back to you and set up a consultation.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOMIZED PAINTING WITHOUT A CONSULTATION?
Unfortunately, KL Designs does not allow custom designs to be created without prior discussion of details for the project. By going to the "Contact" tab, you can reach KuLture Designs and mention your customized ideas.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY FOR MY CUSTOM PRODUCTS BY THE INVOICE DATE?
If a custom-designed product is not paid for, in full, on or before the date in the invoice, the products become the property of KuLture Designs. If you are still interested in the products, you can purchase the art, at full price, if available.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM DESIGN, BUT DO NOT PICK IT UP?
Customers that fail to pick up products within 7 days of the date on the invoice will forfeit ownership of the products.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
The Custom Design Process
STEP 1
Contact
You can reach KuLture Designs through Facebook Messanger, DM on Instagram, Email, or over the phone. We want to ensure that all your creative needs are fulfilled. You can expect a response through either platform within 24 hours.
STEP 2
Consultation
Once KuLture Designs contacts you, a meeting time can be agreed upon and a consultation scheduled. This consultation can be face-to-face, over the phone, or through video chat. A consultation must be completed prior to signing a contract for your custom design.
STEP 3
Invoice
After the consultation, a price estimate will be generated and submitted to you in the form of an invoice. It will include details of your product for purchase, promotions/discounts (if applicable), and the date of which the invoice must be completed. If the invoice is not paid in full on or before the due date, all products will become the property of KuLture Designs.
STEP 4
Contract
Lastly, a contract with information pertaining to your custom design will be emailed to you. This will include the price and details of the design. As the customer, you must fill in the required topics like name, contact information, expected date of completion, and shipping/delivery. Please note that the creative process will not begin until KuLture Designs receives your completed contract and 50% deposit.
